Purpose of SoL
SoL is a global learning community dedicated to building knowledge about fundamental institutional change. We aim to help build organizations worthy of people's fullest commitment, and are committed to any institution and individual that is committed to SoL's purpose and principles. Global SoL Network
The purpose of SoL is to discover, integrate and implement theories and practices for the interdependent development of people, their networks, and their institutions through integrating research, capacity building and practice. In order to realize this purpose, we believe it is essential to develop a global network of learning communities. Such a network could accelerate how new knowledge and capabilities are developed and shared. For more information:

Reflections: The SoL Journal is sponsored by the Society
for Organizational Learning and published by the MIT Press.
Reflections is a unique forum where three key constituencies
(researchers, consultants, and managerial practitioners) can learn
together how knowledge and skills are generated, disseminated,
and utilized. Each issue contains a wide variety of writings that
bring coherence and encourage broad inquiry into the rich interdisciplinary
field of organizational learning, including research reports,
learning histories, reflection pieces, reprints of classic articles,
interviews, personal accounts, and speeches. Members of the SoL
community are invited to submit articles and join the scholars,
consultants, and managers dedicated to exploring the generation,
dissemination, and utilization of knowledge and skills.
