Reflections: The SoL Journal is sponsored by the Society for Organizational Learning and published by the MIT Press. Reflections is a unique forum where three key constituenciesresearchers, consultants, and managerial practitionerscan learn together how knowledge and skills are generated, disseminated, and utilized. Each issue contains a wide variety of writings that bring coherence and encourage broad inquiry into the rich interdisciplinary field of organizational learning, including research reports, learning histories, reflection pieces, reprints of classic articles, interviews, personal accounts, and speeches. Members of the SoL community are invited to submit articles and join the scholars, consultants, and managers dedicated to exploring the generation, dissemination, and utilization of knowledge and skills.
