- $595 per person per full day for members
- $695 per person per full day for non-members

Hotel Accommodations
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport, which is 8.5 miles away from the Renton Technical College Campus. For reservations, please contact the hotel directly at 1-206-246-8600 or 1-800-222-TREE. Special room rates are available to attendees as long as space exists in the room block and reservations are made prior to September 25th, 2008. Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation, including logistic information, immediately following the receipt and processing of your registration.
Cancellations & Substitutions
All cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to Monique Caron at monique@solonline.org. The amount paid less a 15% processing fee will be refunded for cancellations received in writing by September 25, 2008. After this date, all registrations - including no shows - are subject to the full fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Food and Beverages
Sessions from 8:30 to 12:30 include a mid-morning break and sessions from 1:30 to 5:30 include a mid-afternoon break. Sessions from 8:30 to 5:30 include both breaks and lunch.
