There will be a $50 late fee for all registrations received after August 30, 2002.

Please note that accommodations are separate. Please make your hotel reservation by August 30, 2002. After that date we can not guarantee the special package rate or room availability.

An invoice will be sent separately with participation confirmation. All registration fees must be paid prior to the start of the program.


Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing before August 30, 2002. The amount paid minus a $300 processing fee will be refunded for all cancellations received before August 30, 2002. NO refunds will be granted after this date. However, you may arrange for a substitute participant any time up to September 9, 2002. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible.
