SoL Strategic Integration Committee
Our purpose is:

  • Shared Vision : Create and sustain a shared understanding of the vision and future direction for SoL, within the membership of Founding SoL,
  • Integration: Hold the whole - the bigger picture - while supporting, designing and strategically integrating across SoL that which wants to emerge,
  • Catalysts: Serve as primary catalysts for action in the community commensurate with the vision and design approved by the SoL Council in April 2003.

3 Sub-Committees of SoL Strategic Integration Committee

1. SoL Applied Learning Process Committee
To advance the practice of ALP in pursuit of Sol's purpose of improving our knowledge about (and capacity for) individual and organizational transformation. The Committee will advance the practice of ALP by oversight, setting standards, assessment, and by working and advocating to ensure that the necessary supports and resources for ALP are available.

The ALP Committee will steward the harvesting and assimilation of new knowledge, theories, and tools for dissemination to the SoL community.

The committee is responsible for setting standards of quality and for supporting the achievement of ever-higher standards in practice. It does this by acting as a steering (guiding?) body for the SoL community in relation to ALP projects.

The committee is also responsible for proactively maintaining effective links to the Core Questions and Community Connections processes.
