Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Detroit Marriott Southfield, which is one half mile away from the DTE Southfield Campus. Special room rates are available to attendees as long as space exists in the room block and reservations are made prior to September 1, 2007. The Detroit Metro Airport is approximately 30 miles away from the DTE Southfield Campus.

Cancellations & Substitutions
All cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to Tatiana Lewis at tatiana@solonline.org. The amount paid less a 10% processing fee will be refunded for cancellations received in writing by September 1, 2007. After this date, all registrations - including no shows - are subject to the full fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Food and Beverages
Sessions from 8:30 to 12:30 inlcude a mid-morning break and sessions from 1:30 to 5:30 include a mid-afternoon break. Sessions from 8:30 to 5:30 include both breaks and lunch.
