The 3rd SoL Research Greenhouse is a Conference on Collaborative Research in Organizational Learning, Knowledge Creation, Capacity Building, and Change. The event is co-sponsored by George Washington University Executive Leadership Doctoral Program and Center for the Study of Learning. Featured presenters include John Sterman, Professor of Management, MIT Sloan School, and head of the Systems Dynamics program, and Arjan Overwater, Senior VP, Unilever, who will speak about his company’s latest work in leadership development.

While the program is still being finalized, we have accepted a number of compelling proposals and the main topic areas emerging are:

• Action Research and Issues of Collaboration
• Leadership and Organizational Transformation
• Systems Thinking, Chaos, and Complexity
