SoL France is organizing a new Learning Expedition to Team Academy, from Wednesday 18th of January to Sunday 22nd of January. Would you like to join us?

Team Academy is the most innovative business school. Situated at Jyväskylä, 200 km north of Helsinki, Finland, Team Academy is a school of "team entrepreneurs": for 3,5 years, students learn how to live their dream and create new companies or activities. Main concepts are those of the learning organization; aspiration, conversation, coping with complexity and sustainability.

Who will participate?

The number of participants is limited to 15/ maxi 20 visitors, from different countries in Europe and different organizations. Participants will be active managers in companies, business schools, public administrations as well as consultants, in situation to lead important changes in management, leadership, organizations. Language is English.

The Programme

• Wednesday, 18th of January: Journey to Jyväskylä. First dinner between participants, in Jyväskylä.

• Thursday 19th and Friday 20th: Visit to Team Academy. Conversations with coaches and team-entrepreneurs. Debriefing between visitors and sharing conclusions with coaches and students in a "birthgiving" session.

• Saturday 21st: Deepening knowledge on Finnish culture. Participating to the Celebration of Team Academy with alumni, coaches and team-entrepreneurs

• Sunday 22nd: Going back home

The Journey

Hotel reservations will be assured by SoL France. Each participant is in charge of flight reservation. It is recommended to make flight reservations as soon as possible to have the best prices.

Costs

Participation fees are by 525 Euros, to be revised according to the actual expenses. They include the facilitation of the Learning Expedition, lunches and dinners in Finland. They don't include the flight and hotel nights and travelling expenses in Finland.
