Important Logistical Information - Please Read

Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation, including logistic information, immediately following the receipt and processing of your registration. A confirmation packet containing essential information about the program will be mailed to you 2-3 weeks prior to the program start date. This should be read carefully.

Cancellations & Substitutions
All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid minus a $300.00 cancellation/processing fee will be refunded for all cancellations received in writing before May 25, 2007. NO refunds will be granted for cancellations received after September 1, 2006. You may arrange for a substitute participant anytime before September 1, 2006.

Accommodations
All participants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations. If you plan to stay at the Westin Hotel, please make your hotel reservations by May 25, 2007. When doing so, please mention that you are with the Society for Organizational Learning group. The hotel rate is $210.00 (USD) per night, exclusive of tax and gratuity (rate based on single/double occupancy). Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out time is at 12:00pm. (Note: tuition fees include daily breakfast, lunch, 2 coffee breaks- dinners will be on your own )

Transportation
Transportation to and from the program is at your own expense. The designated airport is Seattle Tacoma International Airport. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is approximately $30.00 (USD) one way. Taxi stands can be fond outside of each terminal.

Evening Activities/Event:
On Wednesday, June 20 SoL will host an evening reception with light hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. The reception will begin immediately following the session end on June 20 and end at about 9:00pm. This will be a great networking opportunity and we hope you will join us.

Start & End Times
The program will begin on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 8:30 am. Breakfast will be set at 7:30 am. The program will conclude on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. Please plan your travel accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact Stacy Bougie at 617-300-9560.
