The first two days of the course are scheduled from 8:30 AM - approx. 6 PM; the last day will end at 5:00 PM. Please plan your travel accordingly. The designated airport is Logan International Airport. which is approximately 30 miles from the hotel. You will find taxi stands and rental car services at each terminal building. Additional directions and maps available here.
Rooms have been blocked at the Warren Center at $149 per night (plus taxes and fees.) Participants are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. The cut-off date for the group rate is March 11. We cannot guarantee room availability or the group rate after this date.
The tuition and related fee do not include accommodations. You are responsible for booking your own accommodations at The Warren Center during the workshop.
To book a room, call +1-508 231-3000 and mention you are an attendee of the workshop by Society for Organizational Learning North America (SoL North America). We recommend that all attendees check into the hotel on the day before the first day of the program due to the early start in the morning.
Cancellations and Substitutions
All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid minus a $300.00 processing fee will be refunded for all cancellations received in writing 6 weeks before the first day of the workshop. For international credit card users: Currency fluctuations occur. Refunds, if requested, will be made in USD at the exchange rate in effect at the time the refund is processed. SoL North America will not be responsible for any loss incurred by card holder. NO refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after this date. You may arrange for a substitute participant at least 2 weeks before the program. Should SoL North America need to cancel the program, participants will receive a refund of their tuition, but no reimbursement for booked flights or other travel or program-related expenses.
