Sponsorship
Organizational sponsorships are available at either the $10,000
or $5,000 level. Individuals may become sponsors of the Global Forum

Scholarships - Deadline, May 1
A limited number of scholarships will be awarded to qualified applicants
on an ongoing basis until May 1. Non-Finnish registrants wishing to
apply for a scholarship, should email Scholarship

Confirmation Packet
You will receive a confirmation packet prior to the meeting.
This packet will include the opportunity to purchase tickets for guests
who will be joining you for lunch or dinner.
Attire
The attire for this meeting is casual, however, please bring a sweater
because the temperature in the meeting rooms is sometimes difficult
to control. In June, the average high temperature is 23 °C; the
low temperature is around 13 °C. There are 18 hours of daylight!
Cancellations and Late Fees
Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing and may
be faxed to +1-617-354-2093. The amount paid less a $50.00 cancellation
fee will be refunded for cancellations received in writing by May 30th,
2003. For cancellations received between June 1st – June 6th,
50% of registration fees will be refunded. There will be no refunds
for cancellations received after June 6th. Substitutions may be made
in writing prior to June 6th. Late Registration Fees: A $50 fee will
be applied to all registrations received after June 1st. |
