Registration

Overwhelming interest in the 2nd SoL Global Forum has forced us to suspend registrations at this time; with over 400 registrants, we have surpassed our limit for the number of participants we can accommodate in the meeting space. NO FURTHER registrations will be accepted. If you would like to be put on a waiting list or added to our mailing list, please contact us at webmaster@solonline.org.

Registration Notes

• You will be charged in dollars at the exchange rate in effect at the time you register. The exchange rate in effect at the point when fees were established was 1Euro=$1.35 before July 31st, and 1 Euro=$1.28 after August 1st.
• The registration fee includes three lunches (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and two dinners (Tuesday and Wednesday).

• Your registration is contingent upon verification of your member status. If you are unsure of your current membership status, please contact the SoL webmaster, Jaleel Carter before registering.

• If you are NOT a member of a Recognized or Extended SoL Community, you may join SoL as a Connections member and register under the SoL Member rate. To learn more about Connections, click here. NOTE: The SoL Connections membership fee is included in the combined registration rate. You will not need to join Connections separately.
• When registering, please take the time to ensure that your information is complete and accurate.
• The online registration form is intended for individual registrations only. If you wish to register more than one person, you can register each person separately, or you can contact Jaleel Carter.

Confirmation and Hotel Accommodations

After completing the online registration process, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Please print the email confirmation for your records. The email message will contain your login and password and a link to the website where you will be able to make a reservation at a hotel near the Forum site at a discounted rate. Nightly rates will range from 50 Euros to 150 Euros per night.

Austrian Visa Requirements

You may require a visa to enter Austria. A list of countries and required identification is available here. Since there may be short-term changes, please consult with your nearest Austrian embassy or consulate or contact the SoL Austria coordinator Petra Wagner who will also issue letters of invitation after completed registration.

Cancellations:

 All cancellations must be received in writing and must be faxed to +1-617-354-2093.  The amount paid less a 250 EURO cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations received in writing by July 31.  A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations received between August 1 and August 31.  There will be no refunds for cancellations received after August 31.  If you are unable to attend but do not wish to incur cancellation fees, you may transfer your registration to a colleague who will attend in your place. Late Registration Fees: A 50 EURO fee will be applied to all registrations received after September 1.
