Reach beyond boundaries. Create new connections. Strengthen the global community. Share experiences. Gain insight and understanding. Discover new collaborations. While technology shrinks distances, our world grows in complexity. Success depends upon what we learn by working across organizations, sectors, and cultures.

  • Experience an “inter-cultural deep dive” through rich exchanges with colleagues from around the world.
  • Explore questions that matter with an extraordinary group of thought leaders, researchers, and practitioners.
  • Reconnect with the Global SoL Community and share experiences from leading-edge projects and research.

Leaders, practitioners, consultants, researchers, and others who work collaboratively as a critical component of organizational or community life will benefit from attending SoL’s Global Forum. Choose to be one of nearly 400 participants, who represent more than 45 countries in a broad range of disciplines. Learn and teach while sharing current interpersonal and organizational issues.

The Forum convenes SoL’s worldwide network of global corporations, international NGOs, local enterprises, governments, universities, and consultants to reflect on issues that shape our future. By exploring a different aspect of the theme each day, the Forum builds the deep understanding that leads to action.
