Registration is on a first come basis and the registration fee includes the opening reception, daily lunches (3), and the Forum dinners (Sunday and Monday evenings) and all registration materials.

When you register you will be given access to the Forum hotel sites that include special rates at a variety of 3 - 5 star hotels from which scheduled transportation will be available. Although sufficient rooms are blocked for participants, those who reserve early will have the best selection. In addition to the Intercontinental Muscat there is a range of hotels providing nightly rates from $275 to $70. To supplement schedule shuttle service taxis are readily available from all of the conference hotels. You may pre-book airport to hotel transfers and pre or post Forum excursions from the hotel registration site as well.
