TV Central

A variety of e-learning courses which interested members and clients from all over the world can take. Courses are presented by live instructors - similar to GS Connect from the Graduate School in D.C. http://www.graduateschool.edu/

Collaboration Center

Self-organizing groups form virtually to deal with specific issues, challenges, and opportunities. Open Space concept is employed for those who want to join. Group leader can search member data base to solicit interest.

Instructor Supported Asynchronous Courses

Courses exist that are offered periodically throughout the year through an assigned instructor - similar to courses offered by Kaplan and Capella. Instructors are paid and students pay a fee.

Self-Paced Asynchronous Learning Content

e-learning content is made available to members by learning object to shore up an area of expertise and/or deal with a specific content issue of interest. CEUs will be provided and member's cost will be at a reduced cost to those who are not members.

SoL Store

A robust store exist where members and non-members can purchase SOL branded material, books, videos, paraphernalia, etc.

Resource Hub

Reflections newsletter, videos, articles and research reports are available to SOL members. Also, SoL NA history documents, Council minutes, Subcommittee reports, and processes (like new product and services offerings) are made available.

Face-to Face Learning Courses

Current courses are improved to involve people attending from a virtual side as well. Best available blended learning techniques are employed. Member's courses are branded, vetted, and supported through SoL NA.  Learning production is available for those desiring to convert their face-to-face to a blended/distance/highly interactive e-learning format. Fee for service and shared equitable revenue model will exist between SoL NA and member.

Member Service Support Hub

Spotlights are developed on members' innovations; Webinars supported for members' various product and service offerings;   Speaker's Bureau exists to do key note speeches and major facilitation gigs.  Annual convention is held with virtual capability to attend. Project incubators are being held with virtual capability to attend.  Project Incubator is supported by newly formed project management office which will take each incubator through its life cycle. Program Management Office (PMO) is a fee for service

Membership Application Portfolio

A variety of individual memberships, small business and corporate sliding scale memberships offered similar to ASAE.org. Membership has grown to 10,000 members.

Member Profiles

Comprehensive competency based and experiential narrative on each member that constantly gets updated by member and is reinforced by SOL NA administration. Through SoL NA's Knowledge Management search function, easy access to find those who have talent and background in area of exploration.

Community Call Dialectic

A dynamic interactive conferencing capability used in a stable environment for both audio and visual display of players. Topics covered include SOL NA updates, presentation of key issues of the day and discussions of strategy, methods, techniques, tactics, and procedures in the field of organizational learning. No less than 12 community calls per year.

Administrative Portal

An interactive user-friendly website used as an intelligent search engine to allow data mining of SoL NA all source information. E-commerce is embedded as a natural structural business function. Partnership, organizational and personal assessment tool and relevant resource sites are hypertext linked for easy access. Corporate history is assessable for all to see and current SoL NA organizational structure, staff, and council members are noted. Interactive video exists on the tenets, values, purpose, vision, mission of SoL NA. Call center and tier 1 or tier 2 support is available 24/7 for Virtual SoL NA.  e-learning and video production are operational internally and/or coordinated through outsourcing.

Job Shop

Broadcasting of contract work sponsored by SoL NA for gigs and client work from commercial and government agencies.  Jobs are posted by employers and members seeking professional positions.
