Tuition rates include course materials and all meals beginning with dinner on Monday and ending with lunch on Friday.
Registration and Confirmation
Due to the high demand of this workshop, payment must be made in full to secure your seat. Following the the receipt and processing of your registration, we will send you final confirmation containing full logistics information.
Cancellations & Substitutions
The amount paid minus a $150 cancellation/processing fee will be refunded for all cancellations received in writing before November 1, 2007 for the December workshop. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after November 1, 2007 for the December workshop. You may arrange for a substitute participant anytime before the start of the course. Please be sure to cancel your hotel room at The Royal Sonesta as well.
