Research:
creation of 2 managerial tools :

  • how to evaluate a learning organisation
  • how to evaluate a network organisation
-research on networks (with the lyon management school)
-research on creativity in informal networks (the sol france present research and development)

Seminars:
-since 1998, twice a year (in french and in english)
-a core seminar "principles and practices of organisational learning"
-about 150 former participants (alumni network)
-quaterly meetings for the members (exchanges of experiences on specific topics: eg innovation, quality,…)
