WELCOME TO THE CONSULTING CONVERGENCEPURPOSEThe purpose of the Consulting Convergence (as published July 20, 2006 in Guidelines for Governance of the Society for Organizational Learning Consulting Convergence) is to provide a forum for the SoL consultant to learn from each other, work with each other, and stay connected with the larger Founding SoL body MEMBERSWe invite Founding SoL individual members (consulting and research) and internal consultants in organizations to participate. Connections members, students and prospective SoL members may attend one convergence as guests, with encouragement to become more active in the SoL community. All consultant and researcher members are automatically added to the Consulting Convergence listserve, with the option to unsubscribe. PARTICIPATIONThe SoL Consulting Convergence is a voluntary, participatory and contributory body. It exists entirely due to its members' active involvement: what we have is what we have created. We welcome and expect each member to participate in this creation. The community typically meets in a face-to-face setting 2-3 times per year; meetings are planned and facilitated by community members.
