Member meetings
We meet on quarterly basis to explore the learning diciplines and share our knowledge and experiences. Please check the Sol Sweden calender for dates and program.

Membership
You become a member by contacting frances@creative-solutions.se for an application. Based on your application the SoL Sweden board will decide on membership.

What do you get as a member of SoL Sweden?
Being a member of SoL is primarily a way to participate in and contribute to a learning community. As a member of Sol Sweden you get access to:

- Regular member meetings
- Projects for shared learnings
- International meeting arenas, websites and magazines
- Exchange of experiences; national and international networking
- Workshops, courses and seminars

In 2011, SoL Sweden chose to offer a range of activities.

Monthly spontaneous Drop-In SoL Pub evenings at 17.30pm on the second Tuesday each month
Dates: 1/2, 1/3, 5/4, 3/5, 7/6, 6/9, 4/10, 1/11 and 6/12

Member's Meetings around selected themes and approaches:

February 22nd the theme was "Be a leader - not just a manager",
April 12th the theme was "Using goal setting to facilitate generative learning in decision-making and problem solving",
 September 15th the theme was "Leadershop for a Sustainable future"
November 22nd the theme is "Cultural challenges in change management - how to motivate employees through values"

The ongoing Book Circle – an early morning study group to share insights around chosen books on SoL themes.
