SoL Strategic Integration Committee (SOLSTICE)
Description The SoL Strategic Integration Committee (SoLSTICE) is a standing committee of the SoL Council. It grew out of the original Design Team that was chartered in 2002 to create a new business model for SoL.
Purpose: § Shared Vision: Create and sustain a shared understanding of the vision and future direction for SoL, within the membership of founding SoL § Commitment: Stand for the long-term viability of SoL; help ensure the long-term success of SoL § Integration: Hold the whole - the bigger picture - while supporting, designing and strategically integrating across SoL that which wants to emerge § Catalysts: Serve as primary catalysts for action in the community commensurate with the vision and design approved by SoL Council in April 2003. Focus for 2004 § "Complete," through the community, implementation of the ALP process § Develop design recommendations for the remaining core processes § Establish a business model for all three core processes
