Reflections: The SoL Journal
is focused on
the leading edge of organizational learning in practice. The journal
is a benefit of membership in the SoL community and is also available
by subscription. It is published electronically throughout the year and is supplemented by a hard copy compilation at the end of each volume available at an additional charge.
In each issue, subscribers receive an e-mail containing the
latest feature article and associated commentary, with links to related
materials. Feature stories focus on the issues of most interest to the
SoL community: systemic and cultural change, sustainability, leadership
development, cross-sectoral collaboration, innovations in practice, and
the future of education. The
Reflections web site provides
subscribers with easy access to published materials and the opportunity
to engage in give and take with authors and other readers through an
interactive commenting system. At the end of each year, subscribers can also
receive a printed compilation of feature articles,
commentaries and the best of the
Emerging Knowledge Forum, a
web-based colloquium in which readers may submit documentation of
work-in-progress for community review and comment.
Volumes 1-4 of Reflections were published in association with MIT
Press. They are available electronically to all current subscribers and
hard copies of Volumes 1-7 are also available through the SoL office:
