More organizations seem to be exploring how cohorts of new leaders can be developed rather than thinking in terms of individual high potential leaders. In this issue's contribution to the Emerging Knowledge Forum, SoL members Jim Myracle and Diane Oettinger describe a particular method using the World Caf�process.
