Q: How do I log into the Reflections website?

A:
1. Go to http://reflections.solonline.org
2. Enter your email address and case-sensitive password in the appropriate fields in the upper/lower left/right portion of your screen
3. Press the submit button
4. This will log you into the site. If you do not have a subscription, you will instead be directed to a Subscription Options page, where you will be able to sign up.
6. NOTE: if you don’t see the Login fields, then your browser has saved your login from the last time you visited, and you are already logged in.

Q: I have forgotten my password. Can you tell me what it is?

A: You can get a new password right on the site. Go to http://reflections.solonline.org and enter your email address. Then click on the line that reads:
"If you've forgotten your password, you can ask this server to reset your password and email a new randomly generated password to you."

After a few minutes, check your email inbox for a message from webmaster@solonline.org containing a new password. Use this password to log in. If you would like to change it to something easier to remember, follow the instructions below.

Q: How can I change my password?

To change your password, please visit www.solonline.org. Once you are logged in, click the "Edit My Profile" link in the upper right-hand corner of your personal home page, and then select "update password" in the upper left of the profile edit screen.

Q: The password you gave me isn't working. Can you help?

A: The password is case sensitive. To avoid mishaps, always try to copy and paste the password given to you. In addition, make sure the password matches up with the right login email address.
