  • Why did EDS initiate LLC?
  • Would you describe it as a management push or an employee pull?
  • What was the desired outcome?
  • What was the measurement process?

Selection Process:

  • How were the participants selected?
  • What was the project you selected?
  • Why did you select that project?
  • How were the SU's selected?

Preparation Process:

  • What was the preparation process?
  • How were the individual participants prepared?
  • How were the work groups or work sites of the LLC participants prepared for this endeavor?
  • Were there others that needed to be prepared for the project? Who? How were they prepared?

Implementation Process:

  • Please describe the implementation process.
  • What type of support was provided?
  • What was implemented?
  • How was it implemented?
  • Why was it implemented?
  • Were there any issues with implementation?
  • What were the reactions from peers/ subordinates/ supervisors?

Outcomes:

  • What are you now doing differently?
  • What types of financial or other measurements were used?
  • What are the organizational (peers/customers, etc.) reactions?
  • Have you changed as a result of LLC? How?

Results:

  • Were there any successes and failures?
  • Was there an affect on individuals vs. teams?
