Julia Ross, Interim Executive Director of SoL NA, is responsible for ongoing operations and strategic partnerships by working closely with SoL NA's growing global community of organizations, individuals and networks committed to fundamental systems change and advancing the state-of-art in building learning organizations.
Julia’s been in the field of organizational learning for thirty years and began her career at Innovation Associates, an organizational learning consulting firm co-founded by Peter Senge and Charles Kiefer. She held a number of managerial positions there and was part of their Senior Leadership Team prior to joining their consulting practice. After leaving Innovation Associates in 1998, Julia started Ross & Company, a firm specializing in organizational change and learning. The focus of her work there is to help her clients (both individuals and teams) increase their effectiveness in producing results. She does this through facilitation and using organizational learning methodologies in her training, coaching, and consulting work.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Vermont and lives in North Andover, Massachusetts with her husband and three children.

Judith Swasey, Business Manager
Judith Swasey is responsible for the day to day financial, human resource, and business operations of SoL North America. Judith joined SoL NA in 2011 with a strong background in non-profit accounting. Before joining SoL NA, Judith was an independent full charge bookkeeper servicing non-profit clients in metro Boston since 2006. Judith received her B.A. from Boston College, M. Miho Kito, Program and Marketing Associate
Originally from Japan, Miho has worked in the banking industry and as an Organizational Development & Human Resource Management consultant. She completed her masters degree in Organizational Leadership and worked in higher education for several years before joining SoL North America as a Program and Marketing Associate in 2015.
Diane Nakashian, Executive Assistant to Dr. Peter Senge
Diane Nakashian, is an Executive Assistant at SoL North America supporting Peter Senge. In this position she manages Peter's calendar and works with Anne Starr to coordinate Peter's public speaking engagements and travel arrangements. Diane previously worked for Dialogos and Innovation Associates/AD Little in a similar position and was the Office Manager for the IBM PC User Group of the Boston Computer Society. SoL North America Constitution and By-Laws
SoL North America is governed by a constitution informed by its mission and principles.
The SoL North America Council of Trustees is the formal decision-making body for SoL, Inc., the stewards for SoL's name and trademark worldwide, and a forum for strategic deliberations. This group was formed initially as a transition council and will serve to complete the transition from SoL Inc becoming SoL North America and building a strategic relationship with Global SoL as it relates to member services provided to the SoL NA community worldwide. This work has been completed and the Council has been re-elected to serve until June 30th, 2016.
